For my acrylic-only backers, your cards will be charged tomorrow and addresses will be locked as I start putting together your orders. I hope to have them all shipped out by the 3rd.

Production Update & Katsucon Pick Up Option

Hello! 

The factories are back from holiday, so things are slowly getting up to speed again. 

All acrylic items are in hand and approved so I will be going through those and packing acrylic-only orders. If you are going to be at Katsucon and have an acrylic-only order, feel free to reach out to pick it up at the booth to save on shipping (you won't be charged or refunded the cost through backerkit) 

Pins: 

• Samples for Gen 1 are done and after confirming a small tweak they will be in mass 
• Gen 2 art is confirmed and samples will be started soon 

(gens spaced out to avoid mixups)

Surveys Slowly Rolling Out

Hello again!

Surveys are done and will be sending them out over the week so keep an eye out. 

Some information to keep in mind while doing your surveys!

• For surveys go pick pledge rewards > Pick KS Add-Ons > Optional add more add-ons
• Cards are not charged immediately- I only charge cards (for shipping or add-ons) a week or so before your order ships.  Those dates will be announced here through updates once the merch is arriving!
• Surveys don't lock till before shipping/ card charges. So if you are not sure which ones you want I will make sure to share some in-hand photos before locking surveys and you can change any selections at that time - So Save Yor Survey Links
• Also can change your address anytime before surveys are locked. 
• Acrylics-only orders will be shipping and locked sooner than those including pins

Production Updates!

Reminder it's Lunar New Year and a lot of people are out for a couple of weeks celebrating. Production is paused till things start ramping up again.  

• I have Dragonair and Eevees are 95% done (a couple needed to be remade before shipping to me) 
• Pins are going through samples. I will be having them completed and shipped to me in set (by gens) so they don't delay one another. Once New Year's is over and things are moving again ill have more updates.

Hello! I hope you all enjoyed the holiday time and looking forward to a new year. This is mainly a production update with information on surveys. 

Acrylic Charms

• In mass production after checking the samples 
• Hoping to receive them by mid-February
• See the photos below!

Acrylic Standee

• Received
• Due to the holidays, I haven't been able to QC them yet. (Sorry no photos yet)

Pins

• First, gen is in mass production 
• Other gens are awaiting samples and production - I didn't want them to get lost or rushed (and flawed) during this time right before CNY and the factory breaks. Once Gen 1 is almost completed and samples are approved the other gens will start production. More updates as the pins get further along.

Surveys: I plan to work on getting the surveys set up over the next week or so and sent out.  I will provide a more detailed process and fulfillment roadmap once they are out to you all!

End of Campaign Update and Game Plan

Fully Backed and Unlocked!

First, thank you to everyone for supporting these cuties and my campaign. I will try to keep you all regularly updated on production progress or changes made to the plan laid out below-

The Plan

• Production: 

I have already done a couple of initial samples of the chibi pins to nail down the overall look. Now I will be finishing up the proof artwork and getting the production line running. I am going to order the pins in batches. So as things start to roll in I will let you know. I imagine the holidays may begin to slow things down but hopefully, the majority will be completed by CNY

Acrylics are ordered. Standee is in mass production already and I am waiting for samples for the charms to approve to move them forward. 

• Backer surveys and Fulfillment

Surveys will go out through Bakerkit probably in late January. I typically like to hold the surveys till I start getting some items in that way your pick your favorites closer to the time when you're receiving them. The survey will also include shipping cost and allow you to add additional items to your pledge from both the campaign and my shop.  If you are unfamiliar with BackerKit it makes it very easy to pick your reward and change your mind, so make sure your Kickstarter email is updated!

Fulfillment plans at this time are to ship out items in batches as I receive items. Since production is just starting I don't have a solid timeline but predictions are:

Batch 1: Acrylic-only orders

Batch 2:  Pins & Acrylics Wave One

Batch 3: Pins & Acrylics Wave Two

Two waves of pin orders since I'm going to assume ill get the pins sent to me in multiple shipments and may get some faster than others. That does mean my bulk orders are probably in for the longest wait, but promise that once all the pins are accounted for they will be flying out the door!

In the event of bad luck and a design comes in with a high flow rate or consistent unapproved design change I will post photos and provide options to everyone waiting on that item. Usually along the lines of 'Take what I have or Wait for new ones'. 

Lastly, I'm always hovering nearby so please reach out at any time for an update, with questions, problems, or difficulties. This applies during this fulfillment process and after you receive your items. I try my best to be as fair and open as I can be but I can make mistakes and just ask that you give me the opportunity to remedy them as they come up by communicating them to me.
